As a therapist, supervisor and mediator, my goal is to build genuine connections that encourage accountability, healing and growth. My approach is systemic, strengths-based and collaborative, honouring how relationships, environments, and experiences shape us, including our power and potential for change. I believe lasting change happens through living intentionally, and that curiosity and compassion can transform how we see and experience ourselves, each other, our relationships, and the world.
I do my best work supporting individuals, couples and families navigating concerns related to relationships and connection, experiences of trauma, and questions about self-worth, identity and finding belonging. I am passionate about how these areas intersect to shape us and the stories we carry, as well as how these stories can shift - and we can heal and change - through relational dialogue.
I hold a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph - one of Canada’s few programs accredited by the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. As a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist–Supervisor Qualifying, you can be confident my practice is distinguished by the extremely high level of relational training, education, and experience required to earn the latter credential.
